For Niek & Sonia, I shot and edited this wedding film alongside director Jet van Dijk, who guided me throughout the creative direction of the project and helped shape the overall vision of the film.

Our approach was focused on documenting the wedding as naturally as possible, with an emphasis on capturing the genuine, personal moments shared between the couple, their family, and friends. Rather than staging scenes, we wanted to let the day unfold organically and preserve the authentic emotions that made it unique.

In my opinion, this approach gives the film a warm, intimate, and personal feeling, allowing viewers to truly experience the atmosphere of the day and reconnect with the emotions long after the wedding.
